7 Leaf Clover’s returns and refunds policy

Unopened items can be returned for a full refund within 30 days with a proof of purchase in-store or via mail. Customers are responsible for return costs for returns sent via mail as well as including any samples or extras that were received with the purchase. Any samples or extras sent that are not returned will be subtracted from the refund price. Your acceptance of the terms of purchase means you agree to and understand the refund policy.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns of open products at this time. We work hard to bring you only the best products to help you achieve your wellness goals. If you feel a product has underperformed please contact us at info@7leafcloverhemp.com. Please understand we do not and cannot claim that any of our products diagnose, treat or mitigate any diseases.

Please allow two weeks for your return to be processed if sent by mail. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction.

Any returns on items purchased from a gift card will be reimbursed with a gift card equivalent to the purchase value of the item.

Damage Due to Freight or Shipping

Our shipments are carefully packed and inspected before leaving our facility. Upon receiving your order please check carefully to ensure all products have not been damaged. All faulty packages must be claimed within 48 hours to info@7leafcloverhemp.com Please include your name, order number, the products affected and a description of circumstances.
